Cheshire v Durham

This is the penultimate Northern Counties League fixture of 2025 as we welcome our good friends from Durham to Royal Liverpool GC.

It is also the 750th match for the Cheshire men's team. Since our first match against Lancashire, also at Hoylake, back in 1921, approximately 600 players have represented the county, many miles have been covered in our league and non-league fixtures and many lasting friendships made. A number of our past players and officials will be in attendance for what we hope will be a very enjoyable occasion.

We look forward to a competitive match with Durham which we know will be played in the usual excellent spirit.
